Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale. Email notification of winning bids will be sent after auction closes. Pickup will be the first Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday following auction close. Items remaining after one week will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and such items will be disposed of at auctioneer's discretion without refund to winning bidder.
