ITEM REPRESENTATION- Descriptions, photos and any other information given by East Valley Auction & Liquidation or one of its agents, is solely for informational purposes. East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for inaccurate photos, descriptions or information, verbal or implied. Bidders are encouraged to view items in person and to do their own research prior to bidding. All items in the Auction are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no refunds or exchanges, no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise notated. If your payment does not go through it is your responsibly to pay your invoice with the link that will be emailed to you or pay in store when picking up your items. Please look for an invoice from AF360 or a direct email from us. Payment Methods: Credit cards and Debit Cards, (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER). CHARGE BACKS are prohibited - you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances. Tax EXEMPT / TAX FREE STATE - If you have a tax-exempt certificate or live in a tax-free state, you must notify us, and send us the tax-exempt certificate PRIOR to bidding. A $1.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid at this auction. The $1.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. REMOVAL ASSISTANCE: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items and MUST BRING THEIR OWN HELP AND TOOLS FOR ITEM REMOVAL. WE WILL NOT HELP YOU TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. You will also need to verify any irregular shipping needs. If your item is being shipped by our third-party shipping company, it will be with Pak Mail - 480-759-5533 pakmailsuperstore@gmail.com. They will pick your items up from us the Wednesday after the auction closes. If shipping invoices are not paid within one week of it being sent to you, the item(s) will be forfeited, and no refund will be given. LIABILITY-View and bid at your own risk. If a lot is offered subject to a reserve, we may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. If we have an interest in an offered lot and the proceeds there from other than our commissions, we may bid therefore to protect such interest. CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN ITEMS.
