Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on Thursday September 7th, 2023 @ 4PM with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first.

All invoices totaling $5,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $5,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than September 11th, 2023
Pick-up Saturday Septemebr 9th from 8AM to 11AM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK-UP ON 9/9 AND ARE NOT REQUESTING SHIPPING THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID---Extended pick-up time and appointments will be made for the doors, trim, and other architechual salvage items ONLY. Any lots remaining on site after September 11th, 2023 will be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers. There is no loading equipment on site. You are responsible for loading your own items.

Shipping is available on smaller items. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost plus a $10 handling fee to auctioneers. Shipping not available on large items.
