Welcome to The Estate Depot Auction house. If you are new here we would like to extend a very warm welcome to you! We are a full service auction house providing estate liquidation and dispersal services. We also assist those who are downsizing & rightsizing by selling the items they do not wish to move to their new residence. We offer complete estate clean-outs including trash hauls, If you would like to auction your vehicles, boats, trailers and real estate we can do that also! We are a full service auction house and we will have your home either ready for your realtor or sold within 10 days after we get started! The only thing you need to do as the owner (or family) is remove the items you're keeping. We will come in and complete the enourmous task of getting the residence empty. We sell here on HiBid because it's a nationwide platform and your auction will have a much wider audience looking at your items and that translates into more bids and more final value!!!! We strive to list one auction a week and our auctions end on Monday evenings at 6 pm Central time. Variety for everyone this week. We have an in person preview on Friday, July 28th, from 11am to 3 pm. This auction is held onsite at: 1809 Berkely St., Springfield, Missouri 65804 in Brentwood Pre--bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $1.00 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner. Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, July 31st. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST. Pickup is 2 days day only. We've extended our pick up with an extra day due to the qunatity of lots on this auction. Furniture buyers are encouraged to come late afternoon on Wednesday. This is a small house packed full and for some pieces of furniture we will not be able to get them out until the second day. Tuesday or Wednesday, August 1st and 2nd from 9 am to 4 pm at Berkely St, Springfield, Missouri 65804. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. We will not be taking left items to our office. If you cannot make the pick up dates, either have the winnings shipped or don't bid. There are no refunds for abandoned items. We ship all items that will fit in a box with the exception of incredibly fragile items such as a chandeliers, sets of china or framed pictures. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *If you're unable to make the pick up dates please make arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Items not claimed within 7 days are considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Please note that if you are bidding on an auction that's at our Glenstone address we will not transfer sold items to Ozark. Important note: we are not available everyday at the Glenstone location. It is usually locked and secured making it hard for you to retrieve items outside of THE NORMAL SCHEDULED pick up time. If you are bidding on an auction that we're conducting from the residence and you fail to pickup on the assigned date, we will move your items to Ozark for pickup for a fee of $25.00. If your items are lost or stolen during this process, we are not responsible. All items must be claimed within 7 days. No refunds will be issued. We are a proven auction company with a history of fairness and honesty. Any complaints should be directed -j Steve Becker for immediate remedy. It is the bidders responsibility to read and understand all terms prior to bidding.
