When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction, you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as model numbers, capacities, quantities, condition, etc. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold. BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELED - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! Please be 100% certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds or returns. Placing a bid in a Public Auction is a binding contract in the State of Pennsylvania. By placing a bid you agree that all sales are final.
Auction Terms - 10% Buyers premium for cash, certified funds or approved business checks.
$500 deposit will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction, balance due at pickup.
All invoices under $500 will be charged to your credit card on file at the closed of the auction.
We do not accept credit cards for full payment on vehicles, credit card for deposit only.
NOTE: If your credit card is not valid or we are not able to charge the deposit, YOUR ITEM or ITEMS PURCHASED WILL BE FORFEITED, you will go on record with all of our bidding platforms including Bidwrangler, Hibid, Proxibid and the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association as a non paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions.
NO SHIPPING - All items must be picked up in person. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH BIDDER TO INSPECT THE ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING, AND BY BIDDING ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION. THE AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
