Universal Auction Group, LLC powered by Semonin Realtors, has been commissioned to liquidate at AUCTION, the contents of a living estate. Lots of nice furniture to include Couch, Patio Furniture, and lots of Miscellaneous other furniture. Many tools as well as 1998 Massey Ferguson 1240, Bad boy zero turn 26 hp pro series 60-inch cut, and Kubota 60 inch z421 kommander pro. Also being sold are trimmers, saws, and equipment for the tractor.
TERMS: There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid of everything sold to determine the total sales price.
Kentucky Sales Tax 6% will be applied to all personal property. Winning Bids will be charged to the Credit Card on file.
All Items must be picked up during designated time.

No Shipping will be offered.
All items must be picked up during the designated checkout time listed. If an item is not picked up during the designated time, the buyer forfeits the item, and the auction company reserves the right to keep the item with no refund to the buyer. Auctioneers will be onsite but will not be able to load or help move any items or furniture.
Credit Cards will automatically be charged at the end of the auction. All items will have a 3% surcharge fee to cover the credit card processing.
Auction will have a soft close starting at 6 PM EST, meaning that if a bid is placed within the last two minutes of the item closing, it will extend the bidding for 2 minutes.
Auction will have a staggered close meaning that items will begin closing 20 seconds apart to allow buyers to bid on multiple items.
