1. Online bidding starts Friday July 14th and ends Friday July 28th, 2023 beginning at 6:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute.
2. Items can be previewed on location at 113 Pin Oak Lane, Jeannette, PA 15644, on July 21st from 1:00PM to 5:00 PM or with prior arrangements with the auctioneer. Signs will be posted.
3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 113 Pin Oak Lane, Jeannette, PA 15644 on Sunday July 30th 2023 from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. Signs will be posted
4. Parking at this location is limited and therefor pickup must be scheduled using the link provided with winning bid invoices.
5. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids
6. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Sunday July 30th 2023.. Credit cards, cash and wire transfer are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
7. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express.
8. Limited shipping is available for small items only. All shipping will be actual cost plus a handing charge TBD dependent on item(s) to be shipped. Items totalling more than $100 will be insured and require signiture confirmation. Items to be shipped totalling more than $200 will also require payment by wire transfer or cashiers check. Addresses on file must match billing and hibid records.
9. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP DURING PICK UP TIMES AND DAY PRIOR TO BIDDING
10. The home is for sale and all items must be removed on the scheduled pickup day. Items not picked up on this date may be forfeited. There is limited leeway for alternative pickup dates or time.
11. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD ANY ITEMS AFTER THESE PICK UP TIMES.
12. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND WRAPPING MATERIALS.
13. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these item.
14. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
15. HIT Auctions LLC reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
16. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
17. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.
18. This is an online auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or charge backs are accepted
19. Purchaser enters the property at their own risk and liability and holds HIT Auctions LLC harmless for any damage to goods during removal. Purchaser also holds them HIT Auctions LLC harmless and free of any liability whatsoever for any injury or claims of any kind by any person that may arise during the previews and/or removal of any item or while on the premises.
20. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement is to extend to Seller HIT Auctions LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.
