Preview Date/Time Preview: Sunday, July 23rd (2 to 6pm) @ 210 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, TX 75457 If you are local and would like to come browse through the items being offered we welcome you but please don't mix the lots or move items around on the shelves. If you can't attend the live preview, you are responsible for the bids you place on the item as shown in the pictures. We try to provide clear photos as a representation of each item being sold but photos alone don't always portray the best image...if you have questions about the item ASK 903-439-9013 before bidding.
Checkout Date/Time Pick-up is Tuesday, July 25th and Wednesday, July 26th from 10 am to 6 pm each day. We will send out contact information on your invoice after the auction closes. If you win the bid on larger items, PLEASE come on Wednesday, the last day, to pick up.

We have relocated his shop Items including a tractor, implements, truck, mower & trailers to the old Ford House in Mt Vernon, TX along with a few special/guest consignors such as the late Mr. Donnie Surratt. All items are sold as is, where is. Pick-up for this auction will be Tuesday, July 25th and Wednesday, July 26th from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that if you are bidding on larger items we ask that you pickup Wednesday instead of Tuesday. We would like to remove the smaller items before the removal of the larger items. We will serve each of you on a first come, first serve basis. Our team will work as efficiently as possible to serve each of you quickly. Your patience is ALWAYS appreciated! Payment MUST be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. We will no longer be able to hold open tickets so all payments MUST be made during the scheduled pickup days regardless if you have made previous arrangements to get your items another day. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 18% buyer’s premium. Shipping will be available for this online auction but it WILL be VERY limited. If you NEED shipping you MUST contact us 903-439-9013 before placing your bids for shipping approval. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up days and times or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. Shipping will be VERY limited. If you NEED shipping you MUST contact us before placing your bids.
Shipping is VERY limited and charges are as follows… WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY SINGLE ITEM THAT WEIGHS OVER 5 POUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - If you don't get approval, the card on file will be processed and you will forfeit the item for not following instructions. We will NOT ship any framed artwork. A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee. This fee will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item for the most protection during shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or through UPS. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance if you want protection. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up days and times or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.
