The premium can be reduced to 12.5% if you pay by ACH, bank wire, or check. The reduced buyer's premium can be applied to e-check payments ONLY IF YOU CONTACT US FIRST to adjust your invoice. You can check out with a credit card directly on the auction site, or email us for other payment options. Please pay as quickly as possible. Please note that invoices that are awaiting payment by check/e-check/wire transfer that are not paid in a reasonable timeframe may be billed to your credit card on file with the usual credit card fee. We hold several individual weekly auctions, which are timed so that the live auction portion will take approximately 1 hour per 100 coins. Our pictures are very clear, and you will receive the exact coin you bid on. All coins have a lifetime guarantee to be genuine. If you are not satisfied with the coins you've purchased, we accept returns for a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your coins to initiate a return. Returns are accepted only if the coin is in the original holder in which it was purchased. Grading services are beyond our control, and we do not guarantee that any coin will receive any particular grade from any particular grading service. Returns based on the grades returned by any service you may submit to will not be accepted. "Price guide" information comes from PCGS and is not a guarantee of resale value. In the event of a listing error, where the coin does not match the HiBid title/description or holder information, we will always try to satisfy the bidder, but reserve the right to cancel the sale.
