There are (8) items that will have reserve prices. Lots 278, 279, 364, 412, 413, 414, 497, & 505 the seller has placed a reserve price.
Buyers Premium is15%, which is added to the final bid price.
Additional 5% charge added to all credit card purchases.
All items available for shipping will have a $10 handling fee along with the actual cost of shipping.
There is one item that will have a reserve price. On Lot #364, the seller has placed a reserve price.
HARTLAND AUCTION & REALTY LLC reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, or take any other action deemed necessary to affect the fair conduct of this sale or protection of buyers', sellers', or other parties' interests.
All items are sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition with all faults. All sales are final, no returns. All item descriptions are believed accurate, but not guaranteed; make sure you understand the condition of the item(s) before you bid. For most auctions there will be a preview period to view the items you may bid on. Please plan to attend this preview so that you can document & see the items' condition. On rare occasions, a preview period may not be available, please note that you are still responsible for documenting the items and Hartland Auction & Realty LLC does not guarantee any item condition or other features. CATALOG DISPREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have inquired about and/or examined the item(s) to their satisfaction and as the winning bidder they are knowingly entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. SPECIAL NOTE FOR THIS AUCTION: AS THE ITEMS ARE LOCATED IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS THERE WILL BE NO PREVIEW FOR THIS AUCTION.

Early registration is encouraged - The initial registration for bidder verification will only be
done through AUCTION FLEX. All bidders must register for a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Registrations during active auction are not guaranteed evaluation in time for participation.
The bidder is solely responsible for maintaining accurate information associated with their bidder account - including contact information and credit card information - changes at any time prior to, during, or after the auction must be provided to Hartland Auction & Realty LLC. The bidder is solely responsible for all their account activity – even unintended errors and internet/website malfunctions – Hartland Auction & Realty LLC cannot, and will not, be held responsible. Be sure to refresh your browser often to view the most up-to-date bid information and immediately contact Hartland Auction & Realty LLC if necessary. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Hartland Auction & Realty LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Absentee bids (bids not made online) will be accepted in writing and with valid credit card number, which will be verified by you for maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. This amount will be entered into the online auction by Hartland Auction & Realty LLC for you but you must realize that you might still be outbid by online bidders. All absentee bids will be held in confidence.
You understand and agree that any violation of these Terms and Conditions - and/or any unsafe or illegal activity during any auction-related event - may result in Hartland Auction & Realty LLC suspending your online bidding privileges indefinitely. Any Bidder's attempt to re-register after having been suspended - whether directly by creating a new account or indirectly by using or directing the use of a third party's account - will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions, and may expose the Bidder to civil and criminal liability for fraud. Nothing in this paragraph will limit the Auctioneer's right to any other remedies at law or in equity.
DEBT COLLECTION and INTEREST CHARGES The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Hartland Auction & Realty LLC, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Hartland Auction & Realty LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Effingham County, Illinois.
Hartland Auction & Realty LLC online auctions are structured to replicate a live auction. As a result, this auction incorporates a staggered, dynamic closing system. **Staggered Closing:** To maintain an orderly pace, this online auction will typically initiate the closing process for a new item every 15 seconds. The website will display the scheduled closing times for each item. However, it's important to note that the closing time may be extended beyond the original schedule due to the dynamic closing feature. **Dynamic Closing:** Whenever a bid is placed within the final two minutes leading up to an item's scheduled closing time, the closing time for that item is automatically extended by an additional two minutes. This dynamic closing mechanism ensures that participants have a fair opportunity to submit competing bids and cannot get outbid within the last second.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Hartland Auction & Realty LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Hartland Auction & Realty LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Hartland Auction & Realty LLC.
To participate and bid in this auction, you, the bidder, must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this auction completely. Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement completely and without exception. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with Hartland Auction & Realty LLC to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction. The Registered Bidder acknowledges receipt and copy of these Terms and Conditions, and having read and understood the provisions set forth therein, accepts same and agrees to be bound thereby.
