THIS AUCTION WILL INCLUDE A LARGE PORTION OF ITEMS, TOOLS & SUPPLIES FROM THE FORMER CONCRETE BUSINESS, AS WELL AS SOME OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY. THIS AUCTION WILL BE ON SUNDAY AUG 6TH, 2023 AT 6:00PM AND IT WILL BE A ONLINE ONLY SALE. PICK UP FOR THIS SALE WILL BE HELD ON LOCATION AT 16415 US-67 MACOMB, IL ON MONDAY AUG. 7TH, 2023, FROM 12:00 NOON UNTIL 5:30PM.
Pick up will be Monday Aug 7th 12:00pm-5:00pm at 16415 US HWY 67 Macomb IL. 61455. There are NO alternate pick up dates. PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 12% buyers premium on all items with a cap of $200 per item. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup. If you have not contacted us or picked up your items on Aug 7th, 5:00pm , WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD. All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction fee.
