Also a homesteaders dream for finding all the day to day useful tools in every category - everything from maple syrup making to grain grinders, wood chippers, log splitters, fencing, and all the gadgets, hand/power tools you can imagine!

Please pay special attention to the public preview times and pick up times for items purchased. No Warranties All sales are AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Bidder has had the opportunity to inspect all sale items and bidder agrees to solely rely on his inspection and own due diligence. All sales are final. Bidder will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. Auction Site ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Bidder agrees the auction site is potentially dangerous because of heavy equipment operation. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Risk of Loss Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item and buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for the item as may be required by law. Titles Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to purchaser, approximately 10 business days after satisfactory settlement. No titles will be available if vehicles are marked "No Title". Title may be picked up at our office or delivered by certified mail. A bill of sale will be issued on auction day.

Location of pickup will be in Danbury IA. Address will be sent to winning bidders. Shipping upon approval ONLY. WIll ONLY ship glass through UPS pack n ship, packing/shipping, handling fee will be absorbed by buyer. PICKUPS: You MUST pickup your lots on Thursday, July 20th.
