Here are the AUCTION guidelines as followed. Starting prices will vary depending on the item. Minimum starting bid is $1. Minimum bid increments start at $1 Items can be paid for via invoice or with cash/card upon pick up. Please notify us if paying in person. This and That Liquidation 1038 North Sheridan Tulsa, OK 74115 Pick up days and times are Friday July 14th 12pm to 5pm Saturday July 15th 10am to 5pm Sunday July 16th 1pm to 4pm Failure to pay for items won will result in a ban from future auctions. All items must be paid for and picked up by sunday July 16th 2023 at 4pm. If items have been paid for, arrangements can be made to pick them up at another time. Any items weather paid for or not, that have not been picked up by the end of the week will be forfeit and put back in the next auction and no refund will be given. We collect sales tax on all items bought unless you can provide us with a tax-exempt permit. We will do our best to describe the condition of the items. All items are sold AS-IS where is, no refunds or exchanges will be given. please bid accordingly. If need be items may be viewed Saturday July 8th from 10am to 5pm.
