This auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from major retailers. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy should it be not functioning or if defect was not noted in description. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ProBid Partners LLC does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. Items may consist of scuffs and scratches that may have not been noted in listing - all major issues if any will be noted. NO DELIVERY available for this auction.

Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 13% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 designated days for pickups for each auction. Thursday of Auction Day from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Friday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Under no circumstance will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots if you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time. ***(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)*** ***(If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)*** Late pick-ups will be allowed with proper communication All merchandise not removed by the Saturday following the auction at 2:00PM will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by ProBid Partners LLC, and no refund will be given. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At ProBid Partners LLC we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary once the item has been returned back to the location of purchase. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason.
