* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Buyer's premium rate charged. 15% Buyers fee

* 4% additional fee for Credit/Debit card for each time its used
* ALL items must be picked up on stated date & time unless other arrangements have been made with Sifert Auction Service. If not picked up your item(s) will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service & The bidder will still be charged for the invoice total
* If NOT picked up on specified pick up date/time you will be charged additional storage fee of $15.00 per day.
* Winning bidders are responsible to BRING ADEQUATE HELP with you to load your item(s). Bring your own tie downs, rope, totes, boxes, packing material etc, No loading assitance will be available.
* PICK UP Saturday JULY 9, 2023 NOON - 4PM CST
* No returns or refunds for any reason
* NO credit card/debit card charge backs allowed . This will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* Failure to pay OR pickup for your item(s) will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* If your item(s) are not picked up, it will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service.
