This auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from major retailers. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy should it be not functioning or if defect was not noted in description. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ProBid Partners LLC does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 13% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 designated days for pickups for each auction. Thursday of Auction Day from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Friday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At ProBid Partners LLC we stand by our products.
