STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, February 25, 2021. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 25 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing. SHIPPING: Langham Auctioneers, LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via USPS flat rate boxes only. Please check USPS website for size of boxes. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. If you have any questions about whether we ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $10 per box handling and packing fee.
