BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash and Personal or Business Check or Wire Transfers. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (with a 4% convenience fee). Payment must be made when items are picked up.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 25 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing.
SHIPPING: Langham Auctioneers, LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via USPS flat rate boxes only. Please check USPS website for size of boxes. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. If you have any questions about whether we ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $10 per box handling and packing fee.
