All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction.

Payment Terms
At the end of this auction the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in there vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility. Shipping assistance and shipping will be available for this auction. Please contact in advance before the auction close date if you would like shipping or shipping assistance. Charges will apply for assistance. All items must be picked up on the specified dates as set in the dates section. Failure to pickup your items on the dates designated will result forfeiture of all items without the option for a refund. For shipping questions please call 5409555740 The buyer is responsible for the consolidation, removal and loading of all puchased hand carryable equipment. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process. C2 Management will offer shipping on 10 items and less of ground items through UPS for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost. C2 Management will offer shipping on 2 items and less of freight items through UPS freight for an additional charge and buyer pays shipping cost.
