Payment is to be made at close of auction. We accept cash, Certified check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Cashier's check (made payable to C & C Auctioneering), Visa, Mastercard (if paying with VIsa or Mastercard, add 10% fee of total invoice amount). If you win the bid on any lot and do not pay, you will not be allowed to bid at any of our future auctions and negative feedback comments will be made public information. All lots won need to be picked up by 4:00pm on Friday same week as the auction. If you need a vehicle towed out of our lot, we can deliver locally for an additional charge depending on what we are towing and where it is going. C & C Auctioneering/Cook's Towing Service, Inc. is not responsible for any vehicles left in our lot after the close of the auction. C & C Auctioneering/Cook's Towing Service, Inc. is not responsible for any inacurate information described about any lot in our auction. C & C Auctioneering/Cook's Towing Service, Inc. is also not responsible for any misleading information about the condition of any vehicle in our auction such as any missing parts, mechanical condition, etc. **IN PERSON INSPECTION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED BEFORE BIDDING ON ANY VEHICLES IN OUR AUCTION** Due to all or most of our vehicles being impounded due to accidents or private property impounds, we do not usually have any information as to whether or not the vehicles run, drive or even start. **ALL VEHICLES/LOTS ARE SOLD "AS IS/WHERE IS".
