Cynthia Owens inherited these tracts of land located in Stockville, Nebraska from her late cousin Fred Baugher. She has decided to put them all up for auction. All the tracts of real estate are located in Stockville, Nebraska and have some sort of house and/or outbuildings on them and have been used as some sort of storage, but are very rough in condition. The dimensions of an individual Lot is 25' x 140'. Each tract consists of multiple lots. The real estate will sell as the following tracts: Tract # 1 – Lots 7-11, Pt Lot 12; Lots 13-22; Pt Lots 23-24, Block B (2) Stockville Wattles Addition Tract # 2 – Lots 86, 92-93, Block 5 Stockville Original Town Tract # 3 – Lots 181-189, Block 12 Stockville Original Town Tract # 4 – Lots 175 – 180, Block 11 Stockville Original Town Every bidder is highly encouraged to read the terms and conditions before bidding on these tracts.

The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with a 20% down payment. The balance will be due at closing with full possession as owner at closing on or before July 28th. Seller will provide marketable title to the buyer, evidence by a policy of title insurance. Cost of title insurance and closing costs will be divided equally between seller and buyer. The 2022 and all prior real estate taxes will be paid by the seller.
