Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Jacob Auctions Ltd. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Jacob Auctions Ltd. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Visa and Mastercard purchases are subject to a 3% administration fee. There will be no shipping available for this auction. Loaders will be available to load equipment. Jacob Auctions Ltd. nor any of its employees will be held responsible for any damage incurred while loading or unloading items. You are using this service, at your own risk. Any items not paid for by 1:00 PM on Saturday June 24 will be considered abandoned and you will be charged for disposal.
