Description
Hello and welcome to the Palmer’s Online Shop Cleanout Auction in Reilly Springs, TX. SRS Auction services has been contracted to liquidate the contents of The Palmer’s shop due to the recent sale of her property after Mr. Palmer’s passing. Due to a tight schedule this auction is being hosted by SRS Auction’s Quitman location and will follow their schedule versus SRS’s usual schedule so please read all details regarding dates, preview, shipping and load out. SRS Auction’s Quitman crew has had the pleasure of working in a very nice shop that The Palmer’s built years ago. Due to the recent passing of Mr. Palmer, Mrs. Palmer decided to sell the property and the new buyer has already taken possession, so all contents must go. As we worked through the contents, we quickly realized that Mr. Palmer didn’t have just “one” of anything. He has some very nice tools, several guns and many other useful things. We also found out that in a matter of just a year they lost other family members and acquired some of their belongings, so before his passing the shop was filling up quickly. Due to life and circumstances Mrs. Palmer has some great things to offer from the recent passing of her husband and some nice vintage/antique items from the passing of their family members. This sale has SO MUCH to offer!
All items are sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranty. Pick-up for this auction will be TWO DAYS ONLY...Saturday, June 24th from 10 am to 6 pm & Sunday, June 25th from 1 pm to 5 pm. We will serve each customer on a first come, first serve basis. Our team will work as efficiently as possible to serve you quickly. Your patience is ALWAYS appreciated! Payment MUST be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. We will no longer be able to hold open tickets so all payments MUST be made during the scheduled pickup day regardless if you have made previous arrangements to get your items another day. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 18% buyer’s premium. Shipping will be available for this auction (with the exception of larger items). All items that are eligible for shipping have been marked. PLEASE NOTE: If you have the winning bid on items within a tote that requires shipping, then you must forfeit the tote and only the contents will be shipped. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up day and time or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. Shipping will be available for this online auction and items that are eligible for shipping are marked as shippable. If you NEED shipping, please follow the instructions that will be sent to you after the auction closes.
Shipping is limited and charges are as follows… A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee and each box larger than 15x15x15 will be an additional $20.00 per box. Some lots have an additional packing fee due to the amount of packing supplies to be used to package your items for safe arrival (read the lot details to determine if additional fee will be charged). These fees will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item with the most protection for shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges on top of handling, box and packing fee if applicable. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. SRS Auction Service is not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance if you want protection. ALL shipments over $100.00 will automatically be insured at buyer's expense. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick-up days and times or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.
