As a bidder, you are responsible for inspecting the items and knowing what you're bidding on. Please attend the open house June 11th ,1pm-3pm. All sales are final with no refunds.
Pick up will be Monday, June 19th, 12:00 noon to 5:30pm. There are NO alternate pick up dates. Pick up will be held at 17055 E 1825th Bushnell, IL. Please pickup your items during the pickup times.
PLEASE READ ALL THE TERMS!
You are responsible for the loading and packing of ALL of your items. If you need totes, packing, boxes or HELP loading, you need to bring it with you.
Please bring help to load large items. If you need help loading large items, you need to bring it with you. Again, if you need help loading large items, you are responsible for bringing that help with you.
If your items are not picked up by 5:30pm June 19th your card on file will be charged. NO exceptions. If your card is not able to be charged at this time, you will be blocked from bidding on all other auctions. All items are as is, where is, with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 12% buyers premium on all items. We accept cash, check, credit or debit card as forms of payment at pickup.
If you have not contacted us or picked up your items on June 19th , WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD. All charges on credit or debit cards carry a 4% transaction fee. SHIPPING INFO
SHIPPING ON ITEMS 10 POUNDS OR LESS
PLEASE READ: All sales are FINAL.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to a fee for packing materials, and a $5 per invoice handling fee. NO exceptions. All shipping will be done by a 3rd party shipping company of our choice. Once your items are safely dropped off with the shipping company, they will handle every step after that. SHIPPING CO INFO WILL BE LISTED BELOW.
The shipping company will contact you for card/payment and other information if needed. All shipping and other fees will need to be paid before the package will be sent. After payment is made with the shipping company, they will email you a tracking number, along with an invoice of the charges. If a buyer does not pay for the shipping fees within 1 week of the shipping companies first contact date, you will forefit the items purchased and the payment for those items.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT USE USPS FOR SHIPPING. WE WILL ONLY SHIP SMALL ITEMS! NO furniture or larger akward items. If you have any hesitation on an item, ask us prior to bidding. KKA will make sure your items are delivered to the shipping company safely. Once items are dropped at the shipping company, they are 100% reponsible for these items. If any issues should arise after this point, the buyer will need to be in direct contact with the shipping company that listed below. The whole shipping process can take up to 10 days in some cases. PLEASE be patient.
If you cannot abide by this policy, please do not bid.
