If you have any question please contact us. * 15% buyers premium will be added which includes credit card fee's. 10% Buyers Prmium if able to pay cash please review catolog lots 1 & 2. * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. * Small items may be shipped at auctioneers approval. Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping and handling. * The Buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping amount. If multiple items are won, will try to combine them in the same package to save shipping costs. * It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. * Credit cards only. * Shipping offered on select items by auctioneer choice. * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
