YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS UPON REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCTION*** You Must Be 21 Years of Age to Purchase Alcohol or Tobacco. Proof Of Age Will Be Required at Pick-Up. Firearms: You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a long gun or ammunition and over the age of 21 to purchase a handgun. If bidding on firearms out of the state of Michigan, you must provide local FFL information that the firearm will be transferred to as soon as possible after the close of the auction. Regular FFL fees apply and are a separate transaction between you and the FFL. INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction. Exceptions may be made for alternate payment methods pending authorization by the auctioneer. Small items only are available for shipping. Methods of shipment are solely at the discretion of Superior Auction LLC and we will make every effort to find the best shipping rates available. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If we determine that a third-party shipping service is in the best interest of the customer, we will be transporting the items to our local Pack & Ship Center. You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pick-up times and we are able to transport them, you will be charged $20.00 per lot for transportation back to our office. This only applies to smaller items; we cannot transport large items. Transportation fees will not be charged if you are having your order shipped and have contacted us to make shipment arrangements. If you do not pick-up your items or if you fail to make arrangements for pick-up or shipping, your items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion. The buyer shall be responsible to Superior Auction LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All property is sold 'AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. We Highly Encourage Attending Or Scheduling Inspections Before Bidding. Superior Auction LLC. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Superior Auction LLC. Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two-minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan.
