All items sold as-is, where-is in their present, exsisting condition. No warranty or gaurantee.
You can pay with CASH, GOOD CHECK or CARD when you pick up your items. PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE. WE FILE CHARGES ON ALL BAD CHECKSAND REPORT THE GUN AS STOLEN TO ATF Credit/Debit Cards 3% Fee on All Cards NO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
IF THE RESULT OF YOUR 4473 IS DENIED, WE WILL SELL THE FIREARM ON YOUR BEHALF AND SEND YOU THE PROCEEDS MINUS AUCTION FEES. YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT YOU BID ON. WE WILL LIST THE ITEM ON GUNBROKER IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU THINK YOU WILL BE DENIED BY THE FBI ON THE TRANSACTION.
If you purchase more than 1 handgun, we will have to complete Multiple Hangun Sales Reports. No fee for a 4473.
Each Auction lot will close 2 minutes after one another. If a bid is placed within the last 60 seconds the item will extend another 3 minutes before ending allowing others to continue to bid. Auction Company is not responsible for internet problems or any problems that may occur with the Auction platform HiBid/Auction Flex.
15% Buyer Premium applies to all sales due to the increased fees charged to the Auction Company by Auctionflex/HiBid.
WE WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS TO YOU IF THE ITEM(S) ARE RESTRICTED IN YOUR STATE.
The only exception to the Buyer completing a 4473 is if they are an FFL (NO C&R LICENSES)
If shipping is needed we will need a valid, current FFL, shipping will be $50 per gun to your FFL. We will combine shipping on handguns only. We will ship USPS after recieving payment + shipping.
ALL NFA (CLASS III) Items MUST be transferred to a CLASS III Dealer ONLY $100 Shipping/Transfer to your Class III Dealer.
