This online auction will be for the estate of the late Mr. Bill Schroeder. Mr. Schroeder was a lifelong collector of a little bit of everything. Starting from the 60s on up to 2017, Mr. Schroeder ran two well-known bookstores in the Milwaukee area. Well over 50 some years of an accumulation of stuff here! At some point in this period, he conducted business in West Allis as well! This estate will consist of all his personal property as well as his massive collection built over many years! The stuff keeps coming here! This will be an auction for the books! Some truly fantastic one of a kind items that you just will never see again.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. For all items besides Lots 29,30,37,38,39,40, the inspection is Friday night June 3rd from 5-8pm at 1004 Apple Blossom Drive, Apt 109, Neenah WI 54956. For lots 29,30,37-40, please email to schedule a inspection of the Massive lot! Those inspections will incur at W3814 County Road PP, Sheboygan Falls, WI. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax * 10% Buyer's premium rate charged. * Payment will either be cash upon pick up or your registration credit card. Special pick up times on lots 29,30,37,38,39,40 can be arranged for a fee. Paid invoice receipt must be brought along with a State issued ID for pickup. * Shipping is available at actual shipping cost which includes shipper charge (USPS or FEDEX), packing materials, and small handle fee. Out of state orders will automatically be charged shipping and in state orders leave in your notes or email if want shipped. Will be assumed to be local pick up. Email us if this is not the case. Shipping will run 5 to 7 business days since this is a huge logistical shipping process in house to keep shipping down cheaply instead of outsourcing it. Buyer is responsible for shipping insurance and must notify auctioneer via email if they desire insurance.
