Thank you for taking the time to look at our Military, Firearms and Man Cave Auction. This sale includes all fresh to the market consignments from local private collections and estates. Includes relics from the revolutionary war era through modern firearms. Sale will include cannon balls, backpacks, military saddles, authentic WWII German daggers, WWII German family photo albums, flags, mine sweep, bombs, ammunition and so much more. Also includes Man Cave items such as folk art, brass work, metalware, authentic scrimshaw whales tooth, Punch cigar store figure, Victrolas, Edison cylinder players, cylinder rolls, double sided ceiling mounted ceiling hall clock, old cast iron tractor seats, antique glass Gulf fire pump globe, An extremely rare oak cased 19th century Hammond typewriter. Nabisco time clock, early western electric dyna motor, old music boxes, Coca Cola crates, old US Missouri hickory bats, xylophone, early Otto Flemming meter, quack medical device. Holland heating system salesman sampler. Paul Whiteman Potato Head tie, dog ear tattoo device, clocks, early Dixie cup display and more. Also in this sale is the private collection of a firefighter who was called to duty on 9/11 at ground zero. His collection includes, found objects that were collected from the rubble, including a piece of fuselage from one of the planes that hit the towers. Also included is a large flag that was signed by many people at ground zero including Dan Rather. In addition, other found objects such as enamel painted signs, World Trade Center blue prints and more. (This collection is being offered to help others share in the remembrance of the most horrific attack on US soil. We would also like to mention these items were offered to Homeland Security due to the lapse in time they are no longer being collected.) Some of the more notable firearms in this sale include a 19th century Colt Revolver, antique long rifles, Glocks, many Kahr Arms, Ruger, Taurus, Sigsaur, Baretta, Remington, Endfield, Weatherby and more. Ammunition and reloading equipment. Additionally, there are antique swords, daggers and military uniforms.

Out-of-state buyers are not permitted in-house pick up. Internet bidders who are out-of-state must provide their local FFL's information. Checks will be accepted from known bidders to us, made out to Searchlight Auction. Any transaction $1000 or higher may require a wire transfer. 6) Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders within 48 hours of the auction closing. 7) All sales are final, and no returns or chargebacks will be accepted. 8) It is the responsibility of each bidder to familiarize themselves with their State and Local gun laws. Searchlight Auction will NOT adapt any firearm in order to make it compliant with a certain state’s requirements. 9) ***IMPORTANT*** Searchlight Auction reserves the right to alter, change, update, or nullify any transaction due to Searchlight Auction’s preference and/or updated legal standings regarding the restrictions of firearms and ammunitions. 10) Searchlight Auction offers in-house shipping and can pack and ship purchases at the bidder’s expense. These costs include shipping charges, insurance on the item, packing materials and labor. Baseline packing fees are as follow: • $25 for first long gun • $12 for each additional long gun • $10 for first handgun • $6 for each additional handgun *Please note that these baseline fees include costs for packing material and labor only. 11) Bidder is solely responsible for knowing all their state’s laws and regulations regarding firearms and ammunition. Searchlight Auction is not responsible if a weapon or ammunition is determined to be illegal to possess or ship to your state. If a customer or Bidder’s customer order is found to be ineligible for purchase or shipment Searchlight Auction reserves the right to refuse sale with no refunds given, and the item will be resold to the highest bidder. 12) No out of country shipping on ammo, weapons or powder 13) No ammo sales if you’re a resident of Washington D.C. 14) We will not ship any ammo to Alaska or Hawaii 15) If you reside in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts or New York we will only ship ammo to an FFL in your state. You will be responsible to find a licensed FFL in your state that is willing to facilitate this transfer (please note they might charge for this) and have them email us a copy of their license prior to us shipping. You are also responsible to know what ammo is legal in your state as all sales are final, and no refunds will be given if the ammo is determined to be illegal. 16) If you live in NJ and are purchasing pistol ammo the same rules as section 14 apply. 17) Bidder is responsible for all fees associated with an unsuccessful purchase due to the failure of a background check or any other reason which causes a sale to be discontinued. 18) If paying by cash, check, or wire transfer, the name on the account must match that of the winning bidder and any payment method can require additional verification or be declined. 19) Searchlight Auction will not release any firearm to a 3rd party (with exceptions of an FFL for shipping). Strawman purchases are illegal and will not, under any circumstances, be permitted. If picking up, the pickup person’s ID must match that of the name and address on the invoice. 20) Searchlight Auction reserves the right to cancel or freeze a transaction for any reason under any circumstances. 21) When picking up firearms, you will not be permitted to bring a loaded firearm onto the premises. Winning bidders will receive a link to schedule the shipping or pickup of their winning lot(s). An appointment is required for all in-house pickups and winning bidders that arrive on location without scheduling an appointment for pickup may be turned away. If picking up, please be sure to have all necessary documentation and valid ID ready. Searchlight Auction offers in-house shipping and can pack and ship purchases at the bidder’s expense.
