For shipping customers, if you have purchased from us before we will bill your credit card on file, however, if you are a new shipping customer we will accept credit cards only with proper identification. BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% SALES TAX: 7.25% is added to your invoice unless you have emailed a tax exempt certificate PRIOR to the closing of the auction. If you do not notify us of tax exemption prior to invoicing, you will not be refunded taxes. PICKUP: Pickup dates and times are firm. If you cannot pickup during appointed pickup time please consider shipping if available on the item you are bidding on. We are not responsible to help in loading or providing packaging material for your items. SHIPPING: If you are a new bidder with A Bid Above, we will require additional identification prior to items being shipped.
