This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control. Auction Terms & Conditions By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There are lots in this auction that can be shipped however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax. Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longgun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Please contact us before bidding for our firearm shipping policies. Shipping for firearms is available to valid FFL dealers only. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail. Shipping fee for firearms is actual cost plus $20 handling fee.

Payment forms accepted are Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. (There is a 4% fee for paying by credit card.) Payments must be made by 4:00pm Friday May 26th. If payment has not been made or other arrangements have not been made by this time your account will be blocked from future bidding until all open invoices have been satisfied including a $35 reinstatement fee. This policy is strictly followed.
Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday May 25th from 12:00pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday May 26th from 10:00am until 4:00pm. These are the only pick up dates and times offerd for this auction. All items must be paid for and picked up or have shipping arrangements made during this time without exception. Pick up location is Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Street Memphis, MI 48041. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Firearms buyers are responsible for bringing thier own cases for transport. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. If you cannot pay for and pick up your items during these scheduled times please contact us to make other arrangements before Friday May 26th at 4:00pm. All items must be paid for by this time without exception. THERE ARE LOTS IN THIS AUCTION THAT CAN BE SHIPPED HOWEVER WE ASKED THAT YOU CALL BEFORE YOU BID TO ENSURE THAT THE LOTS YOU WISH TO BID ON CAN IN FACT BE SHIPPED. SEE INDIVIDUAL LOT INFORMATION AND SHIPPING TERMS FOR MORE INFORMATION. - All shipments of firearms must be to a valid FFL dealer where you will pick up your firearm from and fill out all transfer paperwork and provide information for a NICS background check. We will NOT ship firearms to non FFL locations. - Ammunition may only be shipped by UPS Ground Transportation and ONLY to the continental US No Exceptions. - We do not ship any items that have had liquid or gas fuels in them. This includes lanterns, stoves, heaters, fuel cans or tanks, etc. - We reserve the right to refuse to ship any lot in our auction. Again please call first to verify that the lots you are interested in can be shipped. If you bid on a lot that cannot be shipped you are still responsible for the payment of that lot. -We ship all items USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We do not ship Fed Ex. Shipping is calculated by adding actual shipping cost plus a fe of $5.00 to $15.00 depending on the size and type of package and materials needed to ship your items safely. All invoices Over $50 will have insurace added automatically unless buyer notifies us that they do not want insurance. Firearms ship at actual cost plus $20.00 handling fee.
