1. Online bidding starts Monday May 22nd and ends Saturday June 10th, 2023 beginning at 6:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute.
2. Items can be previewed on location at 112 Tynewood Drive, Turtle Creek, PA 15145 on Friday June 2nd from 3:00PM to 6:00 PM or with prior arrangements with the auctioneer. Signs will be posted.
3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 112 Tynewood Drive, Turtle Creek, PA 15145 on Sunday June 11th , 2023 from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. Signs will be posted
4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids
5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Sunday June 11th, 2023.. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only
6. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express
7. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP DURING PICK UP TIMES AND DAY PRIOR TO BIDDING
8. The home has been sold and all items must be removed on the scheduled pickup day. Items not picked up on this date may be forfeited. There is no leeway for alternative pickup dates or time.
9. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD ANY ITEMS AFTER THESE PICK UP TIMES.
10. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND WRAPPING MATERIALS.
11. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these item.
12. Shipping is not offered.
13. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

17. This is an online auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or charge backs are accepted
18. Purchaser enters the property at their own risk and liability and holds HIT Auctions LLC harmless for any damage to goods during removal. Purchaser also holds them HIT Auctions LLC harmless and free of any liability whatsoever for any injury or claims of any kind by any person that may arise during the previews and/or removal of any item or while on the premises.
19. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement is to extend to Seller HIT Auctions LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.
