This auction is the estate of Dale Dryer. The Dryer's owned and operated a shoe business for many years. You'll see lots of interesting items related to the shoe industry. Our auction is onsite this week at the Dryer farm which is 60 acres and a Greene County registered historic site. We are not selling the cabin which was erected in 1834 but we are selling everything in it. In addition, we're selling everything inside the 5 bedroom 6,000 foot plus home, garages and barn.
Welcome to The Estate Depot Auction house. If you are new here we would like to extend a very warm welcome to you! We are a full service auction house providing estate liquidation and dispersal services. We also assist those who are downsizing & rightsizing by selling the items they do not wish to move to their new residence. We offer complete estate clean-outs including trash hauls, If you would like to auction your vehicles, boats, trailers and real estate we can do that also! We are a full service auction house and we will have your home either ready for your realtor or sold within 10 days after we get started! The only thing you need to do as the owner (or family) is remove the items you're keeping. We will come in and complete the enourmous task of getting the residence empty. We sell here on HiBid because it's a nationwide platform and your auction will have a much wider audience looking at your items and that translates into more bids and more final value!!!!
We strive to list one auction a week and our auctions end on Monday evenings at 6 pm Central time. Variety for everyone this week. We have an in person preview on Friday, May 26th, 1 to 3 pm. This auction is held onsite at: 1120 S, Farn Road 193, Springfield, Missouri 65809.
Pre-bidding is open now. We encourage you to pre-bid and enter your maximum bid. The system will proxy bid in increments of $2.50 and in the event of a tie, the pre-bidder will be the winner.
Lot 1 will close at 6 PM CST on Monday, May 29th. You can attend the auction from your La-Z-Boy chair as all bidding takes place online. Each lot will close in numerical order starting at 6 pm CST.
Pickup is one day only. Tuesday, May 30th from 9 am to 4 pm at 1120 S Farm Road 193, Springfield, Missouri 65809. It's imperative you make this pickup date or make other arrangements in advance by calling Steve Becker at 417.699.9480. Because we have more than one location and sell out of people's homes also trying to pickup is tricky. Our locations are only open during preview and pickup dates. The remainder of the time there is nobody working there where you can swing in and pickup your items. There are no refunds for abandoned items.
We ship all items that will fit in a box with the exception of incredibly fragile items such as a chandeliers, sets of china or framed pictures. We do not ship furniture, mattresses or large appliances.
