All auction items are "as is"; "where is" with no warranty, guarantees, or returns. Please scroll over all photos and read the descriptions for more info. This info, however, does NOT SUPERCEED the in-person preview offered on Sunday May 28, 2023 from 10am-4pm at the 10430 US 421 N., Milton, KY auction house. Please bring the lot numbers of items you are interested in.
Firearms are now on preview at Humphrey Double H Sales in Carrollton and Southeastern Indiana Outdoors in Vevay during their normal business hours. Please mention the Rapid Fire Auction items at Humphrey and Southeastern Indiana Outdoors.
A 10% Buyer's Premium is paid by the purchaser above the "hammer price" and goes to the auction house to help cover auction fees. 6% KY sales tax collected. All tax exempt sales must have a tax exempt form on file or provide a copy to the cashier during pickup. IN tax exempt businesses must now update their tax exempt forms.
Buyers must pre-register with a credit/debit card before bidding. We do NOT charge this card automatically at the close of the auction if you are the winning bidder. Payment is made at the time of pick-up at the auction house by cash, local check, cashier's check, credit card, or wire per accepted forms of payment within our guidelines. Please be aware that the HiBid program has issues with Capital One credit cards and most often will not accept them during sign up.
Firearms must be paid for at the auction house during these times but are to be picked up at (red background items) at Humphrey Double H Sales, 1496 Whites Run Road in Carrollton, KY, (502) 523-2817 during their normal business hours. Bidders with out-of-the-area addresses will be removed from the auction process and/or have bid(s) removed if the auctioneer is not notified ahead of time that you or a representative will pick up auction wins in Milton, KY, on the designated pick-up days. You can do this by leaving an Auctioneer Note on HiBid or emailing rapidfireauctionservice@gmail.com.

YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL CONTRACT to purchase merchandise by placing bids, enforceable by law through the Kentucky court system. We *DO NOT SHIP* so we kindly ask you to refrain from bidding if you're not within driving distance or do not have a local representative that will be picking up items on Sat. & Sun., June 3 & 4, 2023 from 10am-4pm at the auction house.
Firearms must be paid for during this time at the auction house but must be picked up at the FFL agent-Humphrey's Double H Sales in Carrollton, KY or Southeastern Indiana Outdoors in Vevay, IN. Transfer fees are additional to the winning bid amount and are paid directly to Humphrey's or Southeastern Indiana Outdoors.
Rapid Fire Auction Services reserves the right to resell winning merchandise that is not claimed or paid for by the winning bidder if arrangements are not made for pick-up on from 10 am-4 pm EST. on Sat. & Sun., June 3-4, 2023.
In case of emergency, paid merchandise will be held until the following weekend.. **Paid merchandise not claimed by that following weekend becomes the property of Rapid Fire Auction Services without further notification to the purchaser.**
