Description
This is an online auction for a family that has lost a loved one in Georgetown, TX.   They have commissioned HammerDown Auctions and Estate Sales to sell the entire contents of the home through the timed online auction method.  The house has some nice furniture, interesting collectibles, lots of kitchen items, tools, clothing and shoes, office supplies and some wonderful home decor.  It is a smoke-free and clean home. The auction opens for bidding on May 18th and will close on Thursday, May 25th at 7pm CDT.   It's a "soft-close" auction meaning that there's a clock that ticks down until the very last second.  It's just like bidding on eBay except there's a lot closing every  30 seconds until we reach the end of the catalog.  If someone tries to bid at the last second to "snipe" your item, don't worry!  The clock will start over by 1 minute everytime that happens so that everyone has an equal chance to place another higher bid. 1. All items are being sold as is-where is. There is a 15% Buyer's premium added to every item you bid on so bear that in mind when bidding. 2. If an item has been listed incorrectly or there is damage presesnt that was not noted in the listing, you are entitled to a refund. We stand behind everything we sell! 3. If items are not picked up at the designated time you may lose it!. If you cannot make the scheduled pick up time, notify HammerDown at 512-954-3050 by text or phone so we can arrange an alternate pick-up time for you. 4. Ask questions BEFORE you bid. 5. Your credit card may be charged immediately following the auction. Shipping fees will not be included on the first invoice. Shipping will be charged separately once the items have been paid for and shipping costs can be determined. 6. If you are tax-exempt, you will need to email us a copy of your tax certificate. Non Texas residents will not be charged sales tax.

Pick-up is Saturday, May 27th from 10am to 3pm in Georgetown, Texas. Winning bidders will be supplied with more information after the auction. Shipping is expensive so keep that in mind when bidding. Your credit card will be charged separately for shipping once the items have been paid for. We will personally pack your items securely and with care. We will ship in a cost efficient manner by either using Flat Rate boxes or our own boxes to help reduce the costs. We will use USPS Priority Shipping for most packages. Firearms will ship through FedEx. All packages that are valued at $100 are more will be charged for insurance to protect us both from damges and missing packages.
