Payable invoices for bidders having their items shipped will be sent once your items are packed and we have shipping charges to add to the initial invoice balance. All payable invoices for shipped items are sent within ten days after the close of an auction. Any lot paid for but not removed from the premises within 30 days becomes the property of The Archive Auction LLC, and the bidder relinquishes all interest in the items as well as the money paid for those items. money for paid items is retained to cover storage fees for those lots not removed from the facility.
