Auction Terms & Conditions
Sale of Goods: 15% Buyer's Premium +4% For Credit Card (We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover.)
All sales final. No refunds or returns.
Condition of Goods: All items are sold "as is, where is". Auctionboxx has endeavored to accurately describe in our catalogs all items being sold. There are no warranties expressed or implied. No statement in this document, bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere, by any representative of or person in the employ of Auctionboxx shall be deemed to be a warranty representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance or historical relevance of any item being sold.
Payment Terms: All accounts are expected to be settled by the end of the auction. We accept cash, check and Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.
Sales Tax: Sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax. To qualify for an exemption, you must provide us with a current reseller's tax exemption certificate. Please be sure to forward to us at curtwilson88@gmail.com at least 2 days before closing date.
Buyer's Premium: All items sold are subject to a 15% Buyer's Premium, which will be added to the successful bid price and will be payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
Acceptance: Final Bid is final sale and is a contract to bring sale to fruition and completion in accordance with terms.
Disputes: Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid if deemed unfit and is the final arbiter in any dispute. Auction Company assumes no responsibility for technology, software or computer failure. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of systems failures.
Shipping/Crating/Packing/Handling: Everything is sold "as is, where is". No Shipping - Pickkup Only!!
Pickup days are the Sunday and Monday immediately following the close of auction 11am til 1PM (Sunday) and 10am til noon (Monday) Any items not picked up within 2 weeks will be resold with no reimbursement to the original buyer. Agreement of Terms: By submitting a bid on any lot offered, your bidder registration email address will indicate that you have accepted and read our Terms & Conditions Of Sale.
