1. We only ship to the select payment method's billing address:
This means the address on your profile is irrelevant, the address connected to the payment method you select at registration for each auction is where we are sending your items.
Be sure the card you select has the billing address where you want to receive your merchandise. Due to high amounts of fraud there is no exception to this rule. To be clear, you hereby understand that if you have items shipped to the wrong address due to not updating your billing address, it is up to you to try to recover those items, not us! USPS / UPS are helpful in the recovery process sometimes but we are not them and have no special contacts with them which can help nor special information which can assist, so please register carefully and we apologize for any inconvenience. We would not implement this policy if it was not absolutely necessary, we are experiencing a very high number of stolen credit card registrations and this is our only option to protect ourselves and our loyal customers.
2. Garnet Gazelle has the right to accept or decline return requests.
You should assume no returns are permitted. All items are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. You hereby agree to contact Garnet Gazelle before filing a chargeback dispute to give us the opportunity to work with you to come to a solution. Any chargebacks against Garnet Gazelle will be responded to, you hereby agree to pay a $50 flat fee for our time and labor exhausted to respond to any chargebacks.
3. Garnet Gazelle may cancel any items and/or invoices for any reason.
Due to items being under contract with third parties in some cases, some issues are beyond our control. Likewise, items may be cancelled due to failing quality control at the time of shipping; etc.
4. There is a flat $5 handling fee, no matter how much you buy, per invoice. We also charge a small insurance fee of 2%. There is no local pickup allowed. Postage varies, we are unable to provide quotes before your purchase but we ship as affordable and safe as possible.
5. Please research the legality of your purchases, Garnet Gazelle will not be held liable for your purchasing of items that are illegal in your place of residence.
Stun Guns are illegal in the state of Hawaii, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and U.S. Virgin Islands. They are also illegal in Chicago, Illinois, The District of Columbia and Nassau County, New York.
Blank Guns are illegal in the state of New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. They are also illegal in the City of Chicago, IL , Aurora, IL and Topeka, KS. State of California (except TV/Movie studios or third party prop suppliers, stage acting theaters, licensed firearms dealers, schools and universities, and state or fed. Governmental agencies).
We WILL NOT SHIP to the above locations or any other location where they are illegal. If you live in an area where they are illegal please refrain from purchasing Stun guns. We will NOT be able to ship to you.
You hereby agree that any legal issues that arise from your purchase will not hold Garnet Gazelle responsible. You are responsible for knowing what items you may purchase and have shipped to you according to your own verification of local, state, and federal laws. By registering you expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. Garnet Gazelle will be held harmless.
