Pick Up Location : Ye Olde Vermonter 4490 West 200 South, Columbia City, IN 46725 Pick Up Date/Time: Friday May 26, 2023 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM or Saturday May 27th, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you are unable to pick up your merchandise at the above date/times arrangements must be made prior to bidding (not applicable if you are planning on having your items shipped). Please bring your own packing materials (paper, bubble wrap, boxes, totes, etc.) and moving equipment. All parking must be in rear of building. Side of building is reserved for handicapped parking. PAYMENT Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. All bidding is in US Dollars (USD). Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer ($20 fee added to each Wire). At the auction company's discretion, payment may be required via wire transfer when purchasing precious metals (gold, silver, etc.), coins, currency, vehicles, or any large purchases. Statements made sale day take precedence over all other printed materials. Your credit card on file will not automatically be charged following the auction. You may pay with cash, local check with valid ID if credit has been established with the auction company (the buyer agrees to pay a $50 fee for any check not honored by the drawee) or card when you pick your winnings up at our specified time and location for the auction listed above. All payments for merchadise requiring shipping will be processed via Paypal. If item is ineligible for in house shipping, payment for shipping will be paid directly to 3rd party shipper. This will be invoiced serperate from merchandise invoice. If picking up in person, payment MUST be made in house via cash, approved local check, or credit card (you must physically have the card so payment can be processed on site). This is a multi consignor auction and is subject to 7% Indiana State Sales Tax. Sales tax will be based on the sale price plus buyers premium. We will need to collect sales tax from you unless you have a current ST-105 form on file with us (must be collected annually) prior to paying for merchandise. Your invoice will be emailed to you when the auction closes and will have pickup information, location and times on the invoice. If you do not receive an email please check your junk mail. If you believe you have won Items and are unable to find your invoice then please call Chris @ 802-370-2261. SHIPPING In House Shipping Via USPS Priority Mail is available on small lots at auction company's discretion. Buyer is responsible for paying for items in full prior to being allowed to pick-up or have items shipped. Shipping costs include cost of shipping, insurance, plus a $10 minimum S&H fee per lot (Discount handling fee if multiple lots fit in same priority box.) All items requiring shipping must be insured for atleast the amount of the purchase price. Buyer is Responsible for all Shipping/Handling Charges incurred including fees charged by delivery service for incorrect addresses. For all items deemed ineligible for our in house shipping, You may arrange shipping with the company of your choice to pick up your merchandise at our location. Arrangements can be made with the auction company to drop off your merchandise at a local shipping company of your choice for a $10 handing fee per lot. Buyer's premium: A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on final price. A 5% discount will be given for cash or approved check payment.
