Auction Terms & Conditions
There is a 18% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.18 plus sales tax at checkout.
PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval.
REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site.
Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction.
If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs.
If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is," With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type.
All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, Washington Estate Liquidation, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. It is for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior to the point of sale.
