BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% BUYERS PREMIUM for this auction PAYMENT: Cash or Cashable Check prior to release of items at pickup. Any Check in excess of $500 must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit., or approved by sale management. Credit Card: Master Card or Visa , accepted only prior to pickup no card transaction will be processed at time of pickup. There will be a 4% fee added to all purchases for Credit Card transaction fee. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:37pm CDST. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipping will be available on lots which can be shipped via UPS. NO furniture or large items will be shipped. Shipping and packing will be handled by a third party shipper The auction company will deliver goods to be shipped to the shipper only after invoices are payed in full. All shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Auction company, employees, and sellers are not liable for fees or any damages.. Charges for shipping, insurance and handling will be billed by the third party shipper directly to buyer. Auction company will not be responsible for damages received in shipping. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders will be sent the address with invoice. Pickup to be in Kearney, NE. Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out time. Load Out will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 2:00-6:00 pm CDST. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, boxes. labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Your Way Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR YOUR WAY AUCTION LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
