CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION BEFORE BIDDING. When you bid on any item of this auction, you are entering into a binding contract, and you are agreeing to all terms and conditions, payment terms, and shipping/pick-up policies.
All items are sold as is, where is. Any descriptions made by Boyd's Auctions is a subjective opinion only, and in no way guarantees the condition or grade of any item. It is you, the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, grade, and value of the items by the pictures provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued, an no credit card charge backs will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A 10% buyer's premium will be charged to each sale.
PAYMENT
Cards on file will automatically be charged for invoices under $1500. A 3% fee will be charged for credit cards. For invoices over $1500, wiring instructions will be listed on your invoice. Buyer will be charged $15 for bank wires and are responsible for any outbound wiring fees charged by their financial institution. For invoices over $1500 and for local buyers, we will also accept a cashier's check from a domestic bank. No item will be released until payment is completely verified.
SHIPPING & PICK-UP: Only firearms can be shipped. Other items are expected to be local pick-up only unless shipping arrangements are approved by Boyd's Auctions. Items picked up after May 20, 2023 will be by appointment only.
FIREARMS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Buyer is responsible for adhering to their own states gun laws.
No sales to California residents. No sales of semiautomatic rifles to Washington residents.
Local transfer fee is $35
If shipping, there is a $40 transfer fee, $10 dollar packing fee, plus shipping cost. Transfer fee, packing fee, and shipping will be collected by the local FFL.
Upon winning a firearm, buyer or buyer's FFL is responsible for emailing the local FFL with a copy of their FFL and information as to where the firearm will being shipped . Please include lot number, description of firearm, and buyers personal information.
All firearms must be shipped to an FFL
We do not ship to Curio & Relic Licensees, even if the guns are antiques.
Boyds Auctions & Estate Sales LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped by the FFL. Buyer is welcome to purchase additional shipping insurance.
