This is an online-only auction. Lots will begin closing at 5:00 PM CST on Tuesday May 23rd. It is a staggered closing meaning not all lots close at once. There is also a soft close, so if someone bids in the last 2 minutes of an item closing, it will extend out another 2 minutes. You will need to sign up with a HiBid account and have a valid credit card required for bidding approval, but will have the option to pay with cash or good check. Please note this auction is for pick-up only, very limited availablity for shipping. You must inquire about shipping and receive approval, otherwise your bids may be declined if you are bidding on unshippable items from out of the area. There is 10% Buyers Premium that will be added to the final purchase price if paying with cash or check. If paying with credit card, there will be an additional 5% fee for use of card, so 15% buyers premium for payment by credit card. Sales Taxed Charged if Applicable. Acceptable payment methods are cash, good check (Letter of credit may be required if buyer is unknown to the auction company), wire transfer, or credit card with an additional 5% fee. *Purchases over $500 will require a wire transfer unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company* Auction company reserves the right to request a wire transfer for any payment if necessary. Winning bidders will be emailed a link to sign up for a scheduled pickup time on the pick up day of Wednesday May 24th. All items must be picked up during the designated pick-up times that are stated. No items will be released until payment has been made in full. Items are located in garage, ground level and basement so you MUST bring your own help for loading if you are the winning bidder on larger pieces. Also bring any additional boxes or packing materials you may need. Any items that are not picked up on Friday December 9th, the card on file will be charged and they will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company. If you are the successful bidder on an item, an invoice will be sent to the email that you registered with. You will be sent a link to sign up for a scheduled time slot. If you are unable to pick up your items on the designated pickup day in the time frame stated, please do not bid! If items are not picked up, your card used to register will be charged & the items will be considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Items can be previewed on Friday May 19th from 10 AM to 2 PM. All items are sold AS IS and it is up to the buyers to examine to the best of their ability. The auction company has done our best to describe the item and flaws or defects, but there is no warranties or guarantees on the items, expressed or implied and will not be held responsible for errors or omissions in descriptions. No returns, all sales are final. Buyer will not initiate chargebacks for any reason. Sweeney Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction if necessary. The auction company reserves the right to decline bidders if necessary. Online only bidding is a service that is provided and bidders acknowledge and understand that it may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or pause the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur. We will not be held responsible for any missed bids from the system, please consider using the max bid feature which allows your bid to be treated as absentee bid.
