Online Bidding Terms: • Pick up time will be May 24 12 - 2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. in ROCK HILL, SC • Please verify that you can pick up during allotted time frames BEFORE bidding. • Please bring help and any tools needed to move all items purchased. We will not MOVE, nor do we have help available. • Lot Closings start at 6.p.m • Lots Close every consecutive 30 seconds. • Each lot is extended by 2 minutes if a bid is placed during the last minute. • Each bid is a binding agreement. • All lots are sold AS IS. • No Warranty or guarantee on any items. • All sales are final – please do buyer due diligence and verify anything of importance to you BEFORE bidding. • Payment is expected at the end of the auction. • There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to each purchase. • Sales tax will be added to the selling bid price. Exemption Forms must be submitted before auction close. • All items must be picked up within the allotted time frame or will be considered abandoned.
