Church Pew buyers will be contacted to arrange pick up on location @ 7161 W. 200 N. Farmland, IN 47340
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 7:00 PM ON May 10. 2023. THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Auctioneers will not be held liable for a description error.
*Bidders are responisble for conducting their own inquiries.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15%
*This auction represents mutliple consigners. In accordance with Indiana state law, 7% sales tax will be charged. If you are tax exempt please email your Registered Retail Merchant Certificate (RRMC) to jentry@flesherbrothers.com.
* Payment types - Credit Card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
*All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If items are not picked up by that time, they are forfeited and will become property of the auction company unless otherwise agreed upon.
*No packing supplies or loading help will be provided so be sure to plan ahead to bring the items / people that you need
*If you bid on items and your credit card declines, and you do not communicate with us and don't show up for the pick up you will be BANNED from bidding on our auctions. There is ZERO TOLERANCE with this issue. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*A working phone number MUST be provided. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWNG THE END OF THE AUCTION, CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AND RECEIPTS WILL EMAILED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AN ADDITIONAL 3 % CHARGE WILL BE ASSESED TO PROCESS A CREDIT CARD A SECOND TIME
