Auction Terms & Conditions:
All bidders are required to read and agree to all terms & conditions of this auction. Acceptance of terms is shown by bidding on any item of this auction.
PICK UP: Any winning bidder is expected to pick up their items during the specified time frame(s) at the specified location. Failure to do so will NOT result in a refund of your money. If you can not make the scheduled pick up, reach out to the auctiontioneer to see if alternative plans can be made. If not, please refrain from bidding. Any lots not picked up during the scheduled pick up will be forfeited unless previous arrangements have been made.
If you no show the pick up, you will forfeit your item(s) and no refund will be issued. If you issue a chargeback with your bank and we win, you will be charged any fees that we take on as a result of you issueing a chargeback. This is a minimum of $115.
DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE DESIGNATED PICK UP
TAX EXEMPT: If you are tax exempt you must notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form (unless we have one on file already). We can NOT remove tax once the card has been processed.
All items are sold "AS IS" We will do our best to note/picture any obvious problems
We recommend that you make an appointment to view an item if you wish to familiarize yourself with any items. Please feel free to call us to schedule a viewing appointment. We will give a bidder the opportunity to thoughouly inspect any item they wish to bid on. SRG Auction Service LLC and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the goods, the accuracy of the catalog. Our descriptions shall not be considered as a guarantee.
PLEASE READ: Assume you need to bring boxes for your items if buying a contents lot. Assume you will need to break down large furniture to remove from the house. Bring proper tools and help. We will prep items for pick up the best that we can but please do not rely on our team to do this.
SHIPMENT APPROVAL: Please reach out for approval before bidding if you are expecting shipment.
SHIPPING:
It can take up to 2 weeks for us to package and send out shipments. We will be busy planning for the in person pick up and might not be able to respond to shipment requests right away.
Customers are responsible for all shipment charges plus a $10 handling fee per box.
We will charge your card on file $50 before taking the items to our shipper. Once final costs have been figured we will settle up with an additional charge or refund.
PAYMENT: Emails containing your invoice as an attachment will be sent out after the auction has closed. At that time the credit card you registered with will be charged the invoice total amount. Payment must be with USD.

ASSISTANCE: We will do our best to assist you with loading your items. Please be patient with our staff if they are assisting someone else. It is your responsibility to bring a large enough vehicle to haul your winning items.
Sales Tax: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases and 15% buyer's premium.
All items are sold as is/where is. We do not have a return policy. Our clients expect a check after their items are sold. We do our best to describe current condition and description of the products we auction. We will make a viewing appointment if you choose to see the item in person before bidding. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
During an internet auction we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
