This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 5pm, The first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding.
Settlement of all invoices must take place at the close of the online auction. If picking items up on the pick-up days the buyer can pay at time of pickup. If items being shipped or other pick up day settlement must be made by credit card at close of auction. If buyer is unknown to auction company and paying by check, the auction company can request for buyer to have bank send a bank letter of guaranteed funds. Please contact auctioneer before bidding if paying by check and unknown to auction company. Auction company has right to hold purchases until check clears bank.
