Sales tax of 7% will be collected. A 3% Card Processing fee will be added and collected on all credit/debit card transactions. The SHIPPER will then call the bidder to separately bill for shipping services. Bidders must be at least 21 years of age to participate in this auction and all the information they register with is true & correct. <b>Knowingly registering with false or incorrect information is fraud.</b> Once you have won a lot(s) and are declared the winning bid; you are obligated to complete the purchase and take all items in the lot(s). You may not back out of a bid after being declared the winner. Winning bidders are REQUIRED to remove the entirety of their winning lots from the property. 'Cherry picking' or selective removal of lots is not allowed. Bidders that abandon any portion of their winning lots may permanently lose their bidding privileges for any future Crimson Estate auctions also be reported to HiBid for the Terms & Conditions violation. At the conclusion of the auction, all winning bidders that are out of state will be assumed shipping requested (unless a message is sent beforehand) & will be sent a payable Square Invoice (for the winning lots, buyer's premium & sales tax) once the Square Invoice has been paid in full; the items will be transferred over to a Third-Party shipper(s) AFTER the conclusion of the local pickup. The Third-Party(s) will contact the winning bidder for shipping/moving/packaging options. They also will handle payment for those services. Shipments from multiple shippers may occur. Separate payment to each shipper is required in those cases. BEFORE the end of the auction, shippable customers MUST update their shipping address in their profiles. Private messages about shipping addresses will be ignored. We turn over the invoices to the Third-Party Shipper(s) as is at the conclusion of the local pickup. It is the Buyer's responsibility to work out arrangements with the Third-Party Shipper(s) in question. WE WILL NOT REFUND any items if the Buyer's changes their mind after the close of auction. The items will be considered "Abandoned Property" & may be donated, destroyed or re-auctioned. <b><u>*FIREARM BIDDERS*</u></b> ALL firearms will be turned over to a Third-Party Vendor for transfer/shipping. A transfer fee is required to pickup the item. They will NOT be at our local pickup address the day of Auction pickup. Buyer must first settle their bill with us in full before the firearm can be released for transfer. **All firearms that are shipped to the buyer will require a transfer fee regardless of any internal coding on the Auction Companies' behalf or listing. All bidders FULLY agree to our Terms and Conditions (including the full list in the "Sale Description") and understand they are subject to changed/modified or be added to at any time.
