Buyer responsible for pick up and removal of their own merchandise unless other arrangements are made with auctioneer. Bring boxes, packing materials and help to load, if needed. Everything sold as is with no warranty or guarantee written or expressed. If items are not paid for by end of the designated merchandise pickup time, 4:00 pm on , the credit card used for bidder registration will be charged. There will be a $30 handling fee for items not picked up without prior consent of the auctioneer. Items not picked up within 24 hours of the close of assigned pickup time, without prior consent of auctioneer, will be disposed of as determined by auctioneer. There will be a $10 Handling Fee for items shipped. We are not an auction house, most of our auctions are at personal residences and we must transfer items to the shipping station. The shipping contractor will contact you for payment information for actual shipping charges.
