Upon registration, the Bidder warrants that they are of legal age and have read and understand the terms and conditions as listed and that such terms shall govern this auction sale. All Bidders must first complete the New Bidder Information form as provided. All Bidders are required to provide valid credit card information in order to register for this auction. 15% Buyer's Premium added to all items. Full Payment must be received before pickup time. All invoices less than $2,000 will be processed by the Credit Card on file immediately following the end of the auction. Any invoice greater than $2,000 will have to be made by Cash, Check or Wire Transfer. An additional $25 will be charged for Wire Transfers. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied". All purchases to be removed at designated pick up times. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF LARGE ITEMS. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Please bring the necessary help and proper equipment for removal. Pickup: Pickup will be Monday 5/15/2023 from 11:00PM-6:00PM with scheduled pickup times for this auction. Upon successful payment of the invoice, winning bidders will be provided the exact address of the pickup and a link to select a pick up time slot. Please don't bid if you cannot pickup your merchandise at these times. Items not picked up within 7 days from the scheduled pick up will become property of Ed & Ben Schafer Auctioneers LLC and or seller. Throughout the auction process, bidders are encouraged to check their bids often in order to ensure success. Bidders may also choose to receive e-mail notifications when outbid on an item. These notifications will not be sent out during the final two hours of the auction sale. Bidders have the option of setting a maximum bid amount allowing the auction software system to automatically bid on their behalf to the next highest bid increment. All items are always sold UNRESERVED unless specifically mentioned in the item description. The first lot will begin to close Sunday 5/14/2023 @ 7:00PM with each lot closing 10 seconds after. This will be a "Soft Close Auction". Meaning, in the event that a bid is placed on an item in the final minute of the auction sale, the auction for that item will automatically be extended and remain open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. Although the auction company makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free, no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photo provided. Photos used in the Auction catalog on occasion may be that of duplicate lots or of similar or equal items as seen and found on the internet. If you need to inspect the item(s) further please contact us for an appointment to preview. The highest Bidder shall become the Purchaser and no Bidder shall retract his / her bid at any point throughout the auction sale. We will process cards on file and send out invoices the evening after the auction. If you do not receive an invoice the by the following day please check your "junk/spam" email folder or contact us.
